Licence
SolarSolution Studio is distributed through the Mac App Store and licensed to you under Apple’sLicensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add to that agreement; where they differ, Apple’s agreement prevails.
Estimates, not advice
The app produces preliminary estimates from the information you enter and from public climate data. Results are not a quote, a guarantee of energy production or savings, or engineering, electrical, structural, financial, tax or legal advice. Actual performance and costs will differ. Before buying or installing a system, get a site assessment and a proposal from a licensed installer.
Outside data
Weather, address search and aerial imagery come from the public services named in the app and in the Privacy Policy. They are provided as those services publish them; they may be unavailable, incomplete or change without notice.
Your work
Projects, reports and files you make with the app are yours. They are stored on your Mac, and keeping copies of anything important is up to you.
Changes
These terms may be updated with new versions of the app. The date at the top shows the latest change.
